Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract you concluded with Gheymati within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Gheymati GmbH (Address: Kleine Stadtgutgasse 6–8, 1020 Vienna, Austria, Phone: +43 1 934 6444, Email: office@gheymati.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the withdrawal form template below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, Gheymati will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal from this contract is received.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Gheymati may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Gheymati GmbH (Address: Kleine Stadtgutgasse 6–8, 1020 Vienna, Austria) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify Gheymati of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
